Dell has taken its Partner Advantage program up a notch and initiated a new channel incentive campaign. The sales incentive program is designed to motivate partners and boost market share in the tech and computer manufacturing industry.
The Partner Advantage program is geared to provide partners with the tools and knowledge to become registered and certified partners. The new addition, titled The PowerEdge, narrows the focus and rewards “partners for each sale of any server bundled with the Microsoft Windows Server 2008 Hyper-V licence.”
According to V3.co.uk, Cecile Gouzou, Dell’s EMEA channel programme marketing manager, explained, “The latest incentive campaign focuses on virtualization solutions with Microsoft Hyper-V and will give individuals even greater incentive to build on this core growth opportunity."
Rewards programs and employee recognition initiatives, such as Dell’s The PowerEdge campaign, are fast becoming top strategies for businesses that are using intrinsic and extrinsic motivational tools to inspire employees and generate a high retention rates.
